Keep us in your Prayers

Ryan and I went to interview for a Youth position in Illinois this last weekend and were very encouraged by the church we visited. It is a small congregation which is what we are looking for. The town is very cute it is small but not too small, the college is a great addition to the town. There is lots to do and even more to do with the boys and the youth. They are big into basketball down there which Ryan was excited about. However, I didn't hear much about Nascar, I guess I would be watching the races alone! Maybe I could recruit some of the youth over to Nascar?!? Oh, the mascot is a Saluki, haven't heard of one have you? Well, If I remember right it is a type of dog kind of like a greyhound. I guess if I grew up being an Owl I could adjust to being a Saluki fan!
Anyway, please keep us in your prayers! I know no one wants us, well the boys to move, but we all know Marshall is not where we are going to end up. I love you all but we need to do what is best for our family and we are willing to go where the Lord leads us. We love you all!

Photo shoot!

This morning the boys decided we needed to do a quick photo shoot. Here are some of the pictures. They decided to pose in the bathroom and with baby Cole. Enjoy!
As our next move is coming upon us quickly, we are getting more and more anxious. We are expecting Ryan to get promoted the beginning of March. When he gets promoted we will pack up and move. I am getting use to moving however, after 5 years of marriage, 3 states and 3 kids I am ready for a house where we can unpack everything. I have enjoyed all of our moves and we have met some wonderful people along our journey. Here is a quick insight to the last five years of moves. We met at college in Searcy, Arkansas, we married and moved from dorms to an apartment. From there we moved to Conway, Arkansas where we moved from townhouse one which has mice across town to a fourplex which turned out to be nasty. Then when we found out baby one was on the way we bought a brand new house. After Carter arrived I couldn't stand being away from my mom and sister, I was a new mom and needed help. So we were off to Missouri. When we arrived we stayed with my parents(found out baby 2 was on the way) until we bought a house and Cooper was born. We were in Marshall about a year when we accepted a job as house parents in Albuquerque, NM. We were in Cottage 3 when we arrived in Albq and later moved to Cottage 1. Where we had baby 3 Cole. Shortly after Cole was born Ryan accepted the job he has now and we are back in Missouri. First in a rental house of my brothers and now in an apartment. If you were not counting that is 10 times we have packed up everthing and moved it. So, with two more moves ahead you can see why I am ready for a house we can stay in and town to settle in.
On the other hand, Ryan is doing GREAT at his job but we are still praying and searching for a church for Ryan to get back into youth ministry with! I hope everyone is doing great.

Memaw and Papaw Woods came to Missouri and took Cole and Cooper back to Tennessee with them for a week while Angie and Carter went to Florida for Lisa's Wedding. When we went to pick them up from Tennessee Cooper didn't want anything to do with his mother at first. I think he just didn't want to go home. He ruled the roost in Tennessee. When you get everything you want why go home? However, much to our dismay we didn't get to leave him there. Just kidding, we missed our boys but are looking forward to all three of them staying in Tennessee for a week in March.

All our boys love the camera. When you point the camera Carter and Cooper both yell "CHEESE". Carter is wanting to take the pictures and has had several disposable cameras with many unusual picts on them that he has taken.
Me and my daddy at the wedding. Isn't he SO cute. I love my daddy.

Here are Hadyn, Kolton and Carter at Lisa and Aaron's wedding at Disney. They had a great time at the wedding and loved dancing at the reception. The wedding was like a fairytale. Lisa was beautiful as always and everything was planned out to a T, but would you expect anything less from Lisa??? We all had fun but are glad to be home.
